This type of therapy helps to make sense of where those unexpected feelings of sadness, anger and anxiety come from, helping you to become more aware of all the different parts of yourself, creating a more fulfilling future. I work in an empathetic and compassionate way, staying alongside you during the difficult process of opening up to someone.
